If you're already wondering what's this "SuSu" that I'm referring to, then let me explain it. "SuSu" is a translation of milk in malay. Then you readers will ask how does "SuSu" is related to the Korean Famonus Dessert, BingSu? Well, its because of one part of the ingredient used in the making of BingSu or when you want to make your already sweet BingSu even sweeter! Milk? Sweeter? I'm sure most of you would think of condensed milk right? Because it makes most of our common drinks such as milo, coffee, horlicks or even tea, sweeter!

I would love to take this opportunity to share with my fellow readers more about the shop that i visited for this cup of sweet korean dessert. The shop name is Nunsaram korean dessert cafe and the outlet that i went was the one at United Square at novena. This outlet is unique because its a take-away outlet, but fret not because there's seats for those who prefer to enjoy their chilled dessert while engaging in a good conversation with a friend or two. They have a variety of flavours to choose from and every single one of them looks delicious!

Of all the flavours, i decided to go with the green tea bingsu because it has the most tempting look compared to the rest of the flavours. I was right! The green tea bingsu not only looks delicious but it also taste fantastic with the addition of the green tea ice cream on top of it. The red bean has a very smooth texture to it and to make it sweeter, add a little bit of condense milk to it. Underneath all these, is the finely shaved ice which just melts inside your mouth. My friends decided to try the other flavours such as Injeolmi (rice cake) bingsu, Blueberry bingsu and also Strawberry bingsu. There are many other outlet for this, thus don't be shock to see a different in pricing of the bingsu because the take-away outlets are slightly cheaper than their dine in counterparts.

So these two are the one that my friends bought, as you can tell, the Strawberry bingsu on the left and the Blueberry bingsu on the right. The perks of having the Blueberry or Green tea bingsu is the ICE CREAM! Either way, all the bingsu are great for a very very sunny Singapore. So why wait? Grab your friends and have some cooling korean bingsu and post it online to make your followers tempted by the dessert!
