A Day Of Cow Milking

To begin my first post of the year 2016, i will be talking about an ice cream that i always wanted to taste but didn't get the chance to. MILKCOW ice cream!

Let me introduce you to one of their creation, Milky S'mores. The creation is inspired by the season to be jolly, YES im talking about christmas. As you can see, they had incorporated the usual red and green into this creation which is the holiday's identity.

Lets break this creation down into its tiny details to make it. Firstly, raspberry syrup is carefully poured onto the sides of the cup to achieve the design as seen in the picture. Then vanilla soft serve ice cream is swirled into the well decorated cup. To prepare the s'mores, they poked pieces of marshmallows onto a biscuit stick, which i think is a brilliant idea because WE CAN ACTUALLY EAT EVERYTHING IN THE CUP. The stick of marshmallow is then heated up by a torch burner to achieve a much softer and gooey marshmallow. Finally, they topped it off with a mini matcha kitkat.

Im already drooling, just by typing down the list of ingredients used in this creation, YUMMY!

Please note that this item may not be sold anymore as this was their christmas promotion and i was lucky enough to have bought it eventhough we had already entered the year 2016.
